Ran across this video. Famous Rice Hurdler Fred Wolcott  one of the fastest runners of 1930’s. Look what his granddaughter received.

Now if you watched the video entirely you saw Owens in his very famous foot race in 1936 Olympics. Wolcott’s granddaughter talks about the Drake Relays which is shown on the 1940 medal she was showing. Now take a look at the picture of the drake relays that Wilcott participated. Now folks, that is crazy fast..

Sorry been bad about posting what we have been up to.  My son gave me the blessing to help coach his little league 7/8 y/o team. Boy oh boy i thought. He was sorta ok with his gung ho dad as an assistant coach the last couple of season. He is pushing the grand old age of 6 1/2. Everyone on his team is 7 to 8. A lot of them have a little experience in playing baseball at all. I had visions of bad news bears watching a few of the older kids who are about to hit the 9 y/os next season. A ton of kids are in football so the pool of talent is little less then it gets crazy in the spring. so wish me luck and ill post a few box breaks along the way.

Been wanting this card for sometime. I bought this one off of ebay. around 8.00 shipped. Nice clean card with nice clean autographs. Both players are very hard workers and it will be a matter of time when you will see both names pretty frequently in the NFL. Casey and Dillard have great hands and will catch just about everything thrown their way. Anyway, enjoy the card!
